2015-16 Nashville Predators Schedule Released

Frederick Breedon/Getty Images

The full 2015-16 schedule is out! Beyond the previously announced home opener vs. Carolina, here are some of the highlights:

  • Nine #ConferenceIII home games on Saturdays...but none against you know who. Those "select match-ups" will occur on Thursday December 10th and Tuesday January 19th.
  • The Thanksgiving game "tradition" has come to an end. The Preds are on the road November 20th at Columbus and don't return until the 28th against Buffalo.
  • Only one afternoon home game this year, down from three last season. That's a bummer.
  • February features the most home games with 8. March is right behind with 7.
  • Most road games? January has 9. Last year, the season high was 8.
  • Twelve back-to-backs this year, up from 11 last year.
  • Barry Trotz and the Caps visit Tuesday, February 9th. We're done with the tributes and whatnot, right? So this is just another game on the schedule.
  • The final home game of the year will be against our hated rivals, the Arizona Coyotes on April 7th.
  • The league will break for All-Star Weekend right here in Nashville January 30th-31st.
You can search through the whole thing here, and I've attached it below. What stands out to you?
