Saturday's Dump & Chase: The Never Ending Rebuild

New, comments

The Edmonton Oilers have been in rebuild mode even before this decade even started: 2009. Since then, they've had four first overall picks (Taylor Hall, Ryan Nugent Hopkins, Nail Yakupov, and Connor McDavid,) a third overall pick (Leon Draisaitl,) and a seventh overall pick (Darnell Nurse.) At the bottom of the standings yet again, it is probably time for the Oilers to shake things up and move one of those former top draft picks. We should get a preview of that in the coming days.
