Monday's Dump & Chase: Play Austin Watson

New, comments

When the season began, I said on the Predcast that I would have rather been "ride or die with Austin Watson as 1C than to see this team re-sign Mike Ribeiro." I'm not backing down from that statement.
Watson might be a better fit for this offense right now than Sissons or Gaustad at this point. Watson has scored plenty of goals at the AHL level... how? By playing around the net. He's also a big nasty guy who plays hard and we like effort and stuff. Whatever. If San Jose's size is giving Nashville trouble, why not change it up a little?
