If you're feeling sad over Team USA getting out-played by our brother in the North Team Canada and ultimately being eliminated from the World Cup of Hockey last night, try to look at the positives. For starters World Cup eliminations mean we're getting closer to the start of the 2016-2017 season.
But most importantly we can rejoice because we no longer have to live in a world where a team made up of Patrick Kane, Ryan Kesler, and Ryan Suter exists.
If you're still not convinced, here is a fluffy reminder from the NHL that hockey is still great despite how you feel about the World Cup.

Some of our local favorites were out doing good for the community yesterday with P.K. Subban stopping by Vanderbilt's Monroe Carrell Jr. Children's Hospital to meet with the children in support of Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month.
Later Subban met up with Mike Fisher, Ryan Johansen, and James Neal at Petey's Pred's Party to support the Predator's Foundation and the Peterson Foundation to raise money for Parkinson's related research.
