Another weekly social media re-cap, but with a New York accent.

The Nashville Predators are taking on the New York Rangers tonight before returning home for a weekend full of hockey at the Bridge.

There’s no better time than now to check in with Nashville’s favorite New Yorker: Anthony Bitetto.

Tony.

Uncle Tone.

Tone.

You know that guy, yeah that guy! If you’ve ever wanted a wise guy as a best friend, Bitetto is your best option. You get the accent and funny comments without the questionable illegal activity.

Plus he might be able to give you some interesting commentary about other sports. Like this bit on the Super Bowl.

On another note, will someone convince Harry Zolnierczyk to always Tweet the great things Bitetto says off the ice and call them ToneBits. Anyone? No? ToneBits killed it? I thought so. Alright moving on.

Meanwhile in Harlem...

One of the most important things in hockey happened to the Nashville Predators over the weekend.

Roman Josi returned, and his mom was in town to see it. Cue the awws!

It’s good to have you back Josi! Stay healthy. Seriously, please don’t leave us subjected to anymore Josi for Matt Duchene talk. Please.

Throw Back Thursday

That time Vern Fiddler fell during a shoot-out and still managed to score on Pekka Rinne.

Not a throw back...

Vern Fiddler has arrived - and the media has it covered . #Preds #Smashville
