What awaits the Predators if they were to face Ducks, Oilers
I am so torn. On the one hand, I feel like facing John Gibson after facing Jake Allen would be an incredible relief. But the Getzlaf line has been insane this postseason. And I'm not sure I'd want to tempt fate against the Ducks a third time (got really lucky last year, imo). On the other hand, the Oilers have Connor McDavid and Milan Lucic, though the Preds have played well against the Oilers this year.

Blackburn mentions special teams as being one of the reasons. I don't disagree. The Preds penalty kill was outstanding in this series, killing off 15 of 16 penalties.
