Hockey News & Rants
Nashville Predators 4, San Jose Sharks 5: California Dreamin’ | On the Forecheck
That's twice now that the Sharks have come back to bite Nashville late in the game.
I know the lineup has been shuffled but this has been the worst hockey I’ve seen from the Preds in a long time. Hopefully they’re all just as tired as we are from staying up too late playing Fortnite (but we’ll get to that later).
The game ending could have used a re-write but at least we got this...

Ousted Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville a strong fit for Seattle’s incoming NHL team | Seattle Times
Seattle is playing themselves if they think Quenneville is going to be unemployed until the Seattle Expansion.
Honestly the fact that he’s gone this long without a new gig is surprising.
NHL executive questions whether KeyArena remodel will be completed by start of 2020-21 season | Seattle Times
Meanwhile Seattle will also be lucky if their arena is done by the expansion.
What is their plan, play all of October on the road?
As the NHL gets younger, vets note Fortnite, other video games encroaching on team bonding | The Washington Post
But haven't parents been blaming video games since the beginning of video games for their kids’ lack of social skills? Is this really that big of a problem?
I’ve never played Fortnite, but I know plenty of people who do and they still function just fine.
