Thursday’s Dump & Chase: No Sleeps ‘Til Playoffs

New, comments

Just one workday and one late start to go. Meanwhile, some other teams played last night and a lot of people had plenty to say about our Nashville Predators.

I somehow managed to watch all of the other games last night. Quick recap:

The Pittsburgh Penguins played against an empty net for 60 minutes and only managed 7 seven goals.

The Minnesota Wild looked like they missed Ryan Suter and the Winnipeg Jets looked like they wanted to throw their weight around.

Las Vegas Golden Knights put on some kind of neon Super Bowl halftime show from the early 1980s. And also they targeted Drew Doughty with success.

Predators vs. Avalanche: Nashville prepared to avoid first-round upset
I like Ryan Hartman. I think he has his head screwed on straight. I love that he can look back on his previous experience with his previous, unnamed, team and have that kind of clarity and insight. I've heard a lot about Colin Wilson and Samuel Girard and their "insider" information about us, but Hartman has been there for a collapse and that insight should be much more valuable.

This article was great until he (kind of) said some terrible things about Pekka Rinne.
