• Greg Pateryn is headed to the Wild. Looks like $2.2 million per year. Thought the Preds might give him a look.
• Blues are bringing back David Perron. I am sure he will repeat his 50 assist season with Alex Steen on his wing.
• Carter Hutton is in Buffalo! Nice job, Hutts. Get that money and that term!
• Late last night, news broke that James Van Riemsdyk is heading to Philadelphia. Huge get, $7m per year for 5 years.
• Paul Stastny might be headed to Vegas. After Winnipeg cleared cap for him. That’s fantastic.
• Red Wings pick up Thomas Vanek (again???) and Jonathan Bernier.
• Roman Polak in Dallas. LOL
• More concrete info here: it sounds like Stastny is going to Vegas for a three-year deal.
• Matt Hendricks headed to the Wild. This is so dumb and yet makes so much sense.
• Kyle Brodziak possibly on his way to the Oilers.
• Andrew Hammond has signed a two-way deal in Minnesota. Dubnyk insurance?
• Tyler Bozak signs in St. Louis, but still waiting on money and term. The Blues got their center! Haha
• Things are picking up somewhat in the Central. Ian Cole may be headed to Colorado, while the Blackhawks are apparently in on Chris Kunitz.
• And more for the Central: Blake Comeau to Dallas!
• Lightning sign Ryan McDonagh to a seven-year extension at a $6.75 million AAV.
• Joakim Nordstrom signs a two-year deal in Boston.
• As was reported weeks ago, Val Nichushkin is returning to Dallas for a two-year deal and only $2.95 per year.
• Blackhawks also signed Cam Ward and Brandon Manning. I LOVE THAT. More bad defense in Chicago.
• Some other smaller deals have happened, including J.T. Brown signing in Minnesota, even though they just signed Matt Hendricks as well.
• Michael Grabner is going to the Coyotes. Watch out for Arizona next year!
• Well. John Tavares is signing in Toronto. Wow.
