Austin Watson Signs 3-Year, $4.5 Million Extension

#51 has signed an extension with the Predators.

The Nashville Predators announced tonight that forward Austin Watson has been signed to a 3-year, $4.5 million contract extension ($1.5M AAV). The signing was announced at the beginning of the second period against the Calgary Flames.

Watson scored in the first period against the Flames and assisted Calle Järnkrok on Nashville’s third goal of the contest right before the extension was announced.
