New, comments

The teams have arrived in the bubble, no positive COVID-19 tests were recorded by the NHL last week, and exhibition games start soon. Can I get a little excited now?

Well, readers? Do you agree with Sarah about what it would take for GM David Poile to give this roster another shot next year? Personally, I think one or two of our higher priced folks will be gone. The salary cap freeze means signing both Craig Smith and Mikael Granlund is unlikely. With the longer-term cap situation, we are going to need some of those inexpensive kids joining on the roster soon.
