In a move that many suspected was coming, incoming General Manager Barry Trotz and the Nashville Predators have dismissed head coach John Hynes and hired former Nashville Predator Andrew Brunette as the franchise’s fourth head coach. The move was first announced by Kevin Weekes on Twitter:
The move was more-or-less confirmed by the Nashville Predators twitter account as well as Pierre Lebrun not too long afterwards.
