Entrance Music: Offense Part Two

Part two of our Entrance Music series focuses on the top offensive lines of the Nashville Predators. The cream of the crop. The Old Spice Swagger Brigade.

First off the blocks…the second line.

Mike Ribeiro: The assist machine cut in the mold of a Sergei Kostitsyn, pass-first, pass-second mentality. He does have some of the most amazing ice vision and can put passes tape to tape for excellent scoring opportunities. His outside dress habit is dazzling with Affliction chrome and wallet chains so for that we’ll give him a fitting song for the skate out of the Predators Skull.

Craig Smith: The Honey Bagder has a motor that doesn’t quit. He leads the rush, is amazing in the shootout and plays with his mouth agape like Michael Jordan (without the tears). When I watch him play, I can’t help but think of that breakaway goal against Colorado in overtime last year (my favorite goal of the 2014-15 season).

Filip Forsberg: ……..what else is there to say. He is one of the best players to don the Gold jersey. His 33 goals tying the record for goals in a season was monumental in the Predators late season push into the playoffs and that goal from between his legs….damn. Nuff said. Bring on the Outkast.

Calle Jarnkrok: He might not seem to fit on the top line, but Jarnkrok has done an exemplary job with Neal and Johansen. He is a steady player that can play all aspects of the game and provide much needed offense when called upon. It truly is amazing how the Predators organization turned two players that wanted out of Nashville into part of our successful young core. For Iron Hook, he pays the iron price for “what is dead may never die”.

Ryan Johansen: The key piece for the Predators through the trade of Seth Jones to Columbus, Johansen represents the true #1 center that the Predators have needed since Jason Arnott in his prime. His first game and shot for the Predators resulted in a goal and his jersey flash has been celebrated by the Fans of the Fang that Johansen has found himself a home here in Nashville. His style is so fluid and effortless and it shows in his entrance music.

James Neal: The Real Deal Heel James Neal. Dan Bradley made his alter ego a celebrity. His on ice efficiency and sniping ability holds these beliefs to be true. That brilliant smile (smirk) after each goal and that knowing look that he could potentially do that any time he wants makes Neal the epitome of cockiness and attitude…and the best part is he can back up every single word. He is so damn good, he gets two songs for entrance music…because…well….

And now we’ll leave you with some great memories of us against the Ducks and get you going for this Friday night. Thank you for reading and of course…GO PREDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
