Filip Forsberg scores his 20th goal of the season, is the best

It shouldn’t surprise anyone, given the records he’s broken and the way he’s played this season, but Filip Forsberg is now a 20 goal scorer.

With only seconds remaining in the first period against the New York Islanders, Forsberg fired a shot that beat Jaroslav Halak low to the glove side. It put the Nashville Predators on the board, to give them a bit of momentum during the intermission. The Islanders were starting to run away with the score, having a commanding 3-0 before meeting #Scoresberg first hand.

Dat celebration, tho…

James Neal beat him as the first Pred to 20 goals, but can anyone remember a time when Nashville had a kid who they thought could go way beyond that? 30 does not seem like such a far off possibility.

Congrats, kid.
