Jordan Weal scored 172 points in 212 games in the AHL including 139 points in his last 149 games. He was also the Calder Cup MVP.
Nick Shore scored 80 points in in 106 AHL games. Shore and Weal aren’t sure-thing prospects by any means, but the numbers are encouraging and they both fill roles the Kings need for cheap. The rich get richer, man.

Could we see a return to Edmonton for Jarret Stoll? He could probably still give 15 minutes or so a night and play between Korpikoski and Purcell (assuming that is the third line). It would also push Lander with Hendricks and Letstu who would need to be sheltered. Lander and Letestu know their way around the offensive zone.
