Lineups & Predictions: MUST…WIN…GAME!

The lineups are a shake up with the hopeful addition of Craig Smith today after he suffered a lower body injury in Game 3 of this series. The first line of Calle Jarnkrok, Ryan Johansen and James Neal has been swapped around a few times with Colin Wilson taking Jarny’s spot on the wing with great results, like that beauty of a pass to Johansen for the backhand goal in Game 5.

All Hands On Deck:

If Smith can take the ice tonight, that will shore up a gaping hole on the top two lines that has yet to be filled. It should also help Mike Ribeiro and his questionable play as of late. Having another potential goal scorer that the Ducks will have to key on will open up the play for other players like Filip Forsberg and Ribeiro.

Speaking of Forsberg, he has been ice cold this series as Anaheim has done a wondrous job of shutting him down and keeping two guys on a constant patrol around him. If Forsberg is primed to break out, tonight’s game would be the best time for a resurrection.

Behold the Gold:

The rally towels and a sea of gold will be a contributing factor for the Predators to get amped up and try to tie up this series and force Game 7. The talk on the boards and the socials has been polarizing from the Chicken Little crowd to the “Never Give Up, Never Surrender” crew. It’ll take some special playoff magic and the barn needs to be rocking from the descent of Gnash from the rafters to the final horn where hopefully our hands will go UP….and stay there.

GO PREDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
