Monday’s Dump & Chase: Summer Swell

As Dan mentioned last Monday, I will be taking over the Co-Managing Editor role alongside Mark. If you’ve been vacationing at the beach and missed the announcement, you can read about it here. Don’t worry he isn’t really going anywhere–just transitioning to his new role as Senior Editor.

Garrison preparing to help Lightning strike once again in NHL playoffs | The Province
Vancouver’s main newspaper had two articles on Sunday featuring interviews with former Canucks on how ready they were to compete for a Stanley Cup next year. This one with Jason Garrison and this one with Kevin Bieksa. I think that entire city just needs a vacation from hockey for a while.

Puck Daddy Summer Series: Weird New York Rangers
I love this summer series and this one does not disappoint. The Rangers have such a long and bizarre history. Heck, they could have made an entire series on Sean Avery alone.
