The Senators acquired 25-year-old centre Dylan Gambrell from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for a 2022 seventh-round draft pick, the team announced Sunday evening. And, not to punch a guy when he’s down, but if I were an NHLer and my perceived value was only a seventh-round pick, I’d probably just go play in Europe.
