Wyshynski mentions the magic number 24 as the peak age for production in the NHL and a lot of data supports this theory. The Preds have four players that are 24 years old (or will turn 24 this season): Colton Sissons, Miikka Salomaki, Viktor Arvidsson, and Ryan Johansen.
