Nashville Predators Need Matt Duchene | FOX Sports
I think they can win in the playoffs without Matt Duchene. Plus, if they do trade Ekholm and others for Duchene, they might be riding on thin ice on the backend for the rest of this season and the next. I go back and forth on the idea of obtaining Duchene and right now I am against it. Ask me again in a few hours though.

This has always been an odd rule to me. I mean, I suppose it’s a safety issue, but you are willingly letting the players punch each other in the face and then punishing them for having a wardrobe malfunction in the interest of safety.
