At some point I’d like to run an analysis on the notion of a “streaky” goal scorer. Not exactly sure how it would work, but I feel like there are some misconceptions to explore. Like maybe a lot of our labels of consistent goal scorer vs. streaky goal scorer are more subjective than we think.

We talked about this on the Predcast. The final game score was a blowout, but the game itself really wasn’t. The Ducks were the better team for the first 19:57 and for about 10 minutes of the 2nd period. The Predators were good enough where it counted, which is the exact opposite of what’s been happening for most of the season so far.
