Nashville Predators Injury News: Shea Weber Out Tuesday, Kevin Klein At Least 2 Weeks
A season filled with injury issues for the Nashville Predators took another turn for the worse today, as Tennessean beat writer Josh Cooper just broke word about the defense:
Weber (eye) is out for tomorrow against Vancouver. Klein (foot) is out a minimum of two weeks. Will be evaluated again in two weeks...

Shea Weber & Kevin Klein were both out for Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to Philadelphia, and while the team defensive effort was pretty strong that night, Weber's absence was noticed on the power play, where the Predators were actually out-shot 4-1 during 10 full minutes of 5-on-4 ice time.

Kevin Klein doesn't provide the offensive leadership that Weber does, obviously, but he plays a pivotal role at even strength and on the penalty kill (which has been a bright spot for Nashville, ranking 8th in the league). Joe Piskula was called up from Milwaukee over the weekend to round out the D pairings, and for tomorrow at least it looks like the trio of Seth Jones/Ryan Ellis/Joe Piskula will man the right side of the blueline.
So... does this affect your outlook for the Predators' week ahead?
