Predators sign Alexandre Carrier to 3-year, $2.2 million two-way contract

The Nashville Predators announced Wednesday afternoon that 23 year old defense prospect Alexandre Carrier has signed a three-year, two-way contract for $2.2 million (with an NHL salary of $700,000 in 2020-21 and $750,000 in 2021-22/2022-23).

Carrier is coming off a five-goal, 37-point season with the Milwaukee Admirals, as well as a three-game stint with Nashville last season.  A fourth-round pick in the 2015 NHL draft,  Carrier has spent the majority of his time in the AHL with the Admirals, spanning 276 games, 20 goals, and 141 points in the regular season.
