Full Nashville Predators training camp roster and teams

The first day of on-ice practices start tomorrow morning at Centennial Sportsplex, and the Predators have released the full training camp roster, as well as how the teams will be set up.

Team White

Goalies: Rob Madore, Magnus Hellberg.

Defense: Shea Weber, Joe Piskula, Roman Josi, Jimmy Oligny, Jaynen Rissling, Anthony Bietto.

Forwards: Filip Forsberg, Olli Jokinen, Calle Jarnkrok, Viktor Stalberg, Paul Gaustad, Viktor Arvidsson, Brendan Leipsic, Justin Kirkland, Joe Pendenza, Mikka Salomaki, Zach Budish, Jon Puskar.

Team Blue

Goalies: Carter Hutton, Marek Mazanec.

Defense: Seth Jones, Mattias Ekholm, Johan Alm, Brian Lee, Garrett Noonan, Mikko Vainonen.

Forwards: Matt Cullen, Rich Clune, Craig Smith, Derek Roy, Mark Van Guilder, Frederick Gaudreau, Colin Wilson, Josh Shalla, Austin Watson, Kevin Fiala, Michael Liambas.

Team Silver

Goalies: Pekka Rinne, Devin Williams.

Forwards: James Neal, Tristan Grant, Eric Nystrom, Pontus Aberg, Taylor Beck, Gabriel Bourque, Mike Ribeiro, Tommy Veilleux, Felix Girard, Matthew Campagna, Colton Sissons

A few notes:

• It's interesting to see some of the line combinations we've speculated about kind of appear in the teams. Jokinen, Jarnkrok and Forsberg are together on a team, so are Smith, Roy and Wilson. Could be nothing, but it will be interesting to watch at the beginning.
• Team Silver is unlucky. Two of their players are RFAs that haven't signed contracts yet.
• Lee, Little, Campagna and Puskar were all late additions, attending camp on tryout agreements.
• As was said, Neal and Ribeiro get to hang together for a bit. Cool./

We'll be keeping you posted as names start getting crossed off the list, and we get closer and closer to what the opening

night roster will actually be. And just for kicks, here's my purely speculative, premature prediction of the 23 players that are going to be on the team come October 9th.
