Predators vs. Wild Projected Lineup: Changes, Lots Of Them

Alright, Christmas is over and now it’s back to hockey. The Predators were embarrassed by the Kings 4-0 in their last game played last Thursday. With that, Nashville looks to be shaking things up for its contest against Minnesota on Tuesday night.

The Predators held a full morning skate on Tuesday. P.K. Subban wasn’t present and has missed the last four games. It looks like Reid Boucher will be playing in his second game as a Predator while Austin Watson will be bumped to the second-line and Craig Smith down to the fourth-line. Smith has just one goal in his last 23 games played.

Here is a look at the projected lineup for Tuesday night’s game, via Thomas Willis.

Forwards

Filip Forsberg – Ryan Johansen – Viktor Arvidsson

Colin Wilson – Mike Fisher – Austin Watson

Kevin Fiala – Mike Ribeiro – James Neal

Reid Boucher – Calle Jarnkrok – Craig Smith

Defensemen

Roman Josi – Ryan Ellis

Mattias Ekholm – Matt Irwin

Yannick Weber – Petter Granberg

Goaltenders

Pekka Rinne

Juuse Saros

The Preds and Wild will drop the puck at 7:00 p.m. CST. Be sure to check out the full preview here.
