The last eighth of the season is upon us. In a season that tasted like a strong whiskey, the Preds are sitting comfortably in the #1 Wild Card spot with a puncher's chance of catching Chicago. Regardless... we did our best to have fun and enjoy the ride thusfar.

IN THIS EPISODE:

  • 2-1 wasn't a terrible expectation to have about last week. And we're okay with that.
  • Seriously, people didn't like that Washington game result. Folks, they aren't going to win them all.
  • Why on earth would Nystrom be inserted back into the lineup right now? That's a bad idea and that idea should feel bad.
  • The team is right where they need to be. And that's great. #1 wild card, for the win.
  • Filip Forsberg and James Neal are great at hockey. Especially the shooting part.
  • The usual praise for Mattias Ekholm, Ryan Ellis, Austin Watson, Miikka Salomaki and Colton Sissons.
