There was once a time where the Sounds were the only game in town. It wasn’t a great era to live here compared to now. I had my dad visit me for the first time since he moved down to Florida, and he was stunned an all the construction projects, tourists, etc. But the Sounds’ stadium was probably his favorite part of the visit. Back in the early 90s, we would go to a few games. And the crowd was pretty much the upper level of the Titans’ games; kinda rough, kinda drunk, and kinda mean. So he was pleasantly surprised to see how much has changed.
Sorry, rant over. Old Greer Stadium probably wore out this cassette tape a few times over the years.
