The organization took another defenseman at 151st overall from the Calgary Hitmen of the Western Hockey League.
The Belarus native stands at 6’0” and 176 lbs and is a right-shooter from the point. He has two seasons in the WHL under his belt and has posted 19 goals and 66 points in 125 career games. He also has 18 games of international experience in the past two seasons scoring 4 goals and 11 points in total.
Yeryomenko has a broad frame but operates and makes plays at good speed. He has very good control of his skating and can be deceptive with his feet when moving through the neutral zone. Check out some plays below:
