Thursday's Dump & Chase: Catch 3-on-3

The NHL is rolling the dice and trying a 3-on-3 tournament for the All-Star Game format. But it comes at the expense of the (drunk) fantasy draft. The 3-on-3 tournament could be cool, could be boring as the lifeless games they usually play. It's already received mixed reactions from the players.
