Why The Stars Match Up Well Against The Predators | Defending Big D
Okay, there are some interesting thoughts included here. However, writing “but his aged-36 season saw his numbers take a dive in every major category from his very solid aged-35 season in 2017-18.” and not acknowledging it was a Vezina season is a bit of sour grapes. Also, “The Stars have their own stable of defensemen — not as famous as the Predators, but almost equally as good.” Really? I think this will be a good series, but some takes here are a bit biased (as I will assume ours are).

Okay, last time for the regular season. Here we go. Wait, was that Colin Wilson? Waiting…Viktor Arvidsson what a goal! Wasn’t that the one I was looking for last week? Hi Filip Forsberg! Way to clean up the rebound. There’s Wayne Simmonds with the big hit. Hi Matt Irwin. That looked like it hurt. Ah Pekka Rinne – so sorry. With all your work last week, that’s what they chose? Cully!! Score! And on that note, I’ll bid you adieu.

Cold brew: Inside the NHL’s coffee obsession | The Washington Post
Interesting piece. I don’t do caffeine anymore, but I remember when I did. Is five cups of coffee excessive? I only did one, but I had about five or six diet cokes too.
