I just moved, and I’ve been without cable for a whole weekend. It’s been rough. And I was expecting this to be remedied on Tuesday. But instead, the cable company cancelled my appointment because I selected an option that shouldn’t have been made available to me. Then, they tried to sell me an inferior plan featuring a phone system. It was bad.
