Oilers hire GM Bowman after Blackhawks case
Stan Bowman, who resigned as Blackhawks GM in 2021 amid the fallout of a sexual assault case stemming from 2010, has been hired by the Oilers to serve as GM.
Bowman has expressed regret and a commitment to do better if anything like that ever happens on a team he manages again, and I very much hope that he’s sincere.
