Now that things have settled down a little bit, we wanted to touch base with all of you. First, we apologize if things have been a bit bumpy over the last few days. There’s been a TON of stuff to sort out behind the scenes, plus we hired a new coach! It’s been a crazy week, but we’re locked in and ready to continue to provide the up-to-date coverage you’ve been accustomed to here at OTF.
What should you expect going forward? Well, Dirk built and maintained an extremely well oiled machine, and we don’t feel inclined to do a complete overhaul on something that works so well. So for the most part it will be business as usual: discussions, previews/recaps, game threads and lots of GIFs. However, we would be remiss if we didn’t try to continually push the envelope to bring you the best Predators take on the web.
That means we’ll be trying some new things…some will be awesome, but some will fail miserably. We want to hear from you about what’s working AND what isn’t, so don’t ever hesitate to send us an mail (otfeditor [at] gmail [dot] com). One of the most amazing things about this site is the true community it has become. We’d like that to continue to grow, so one of the things we want to organize are meetups and watch parties. If there’s a demand for that, we’ll make it happen.
Finally, if you have lurked but never commented here before, today is the day to step out of the shadows! If you’ve been on the fence about signing up and jumping into the discussion, it’s quick and free to join and we’d love to have you.
