Place Your Bets! NHL Odds Updated
The fine folks over at Bovada have updated their NHL odds, and there's quite a few interesting changes from where we started the season. It might be a stretch to say that the gambling community is fully onboard the Preds bandwagon, but dropping from 100/1 all the way down to 33/1 to win the Stanley Cup is a pretty significant movement. In fact, it's the largest positive shift of any team in the league. Boy, am I glad I got my money down early...
Ok, #Preds. Ball's in your court. Or puck's in your net. Actually keep the pucks out of the net. Whatever. pic.twitter.com/nNnpO8VzQ3

Also of note, Filip Forsberg is the co-favorite to win the Calder at 11/4. He leads all rookies in points, and with another goal last night, I wouldn't be surprised to see this shorten up a bit further.
The Central Division is a bit of a toss-up, with only the Winnipeg Jets seeing long odds. The Avalanche have the same odds as the Preds? SMH.
Looking for a Stone-Cold Lock? Sidney Crosby is even money to win the Hart. Barring injury (I know), it's definitely his award to lose. Here's the full list:
