The surging Edmonton Oilers have acquired forwards Adam Henrique and Sam Carrick from the Anaheim Ducks ahead of Friday’s NHL trade deadline.
So, so many three-way deals for salary retention. It’s very smart asset management by the GMs getting paid to sit on cap, but I doubt it’s what the league intended.
