I feel it’s worth noting that the publishers of this article (RT, or Russia Today) is a Russian state-controlled news network, and their reports have often been described as propaganda for the Russian government. So there’s a good chance that a lot of this article is factually inaccurate, but I just couldn’t pass up that headline.
