We don’t have to say much here. Filip Forsberg is reason enough to believe that better things are headed our way in Nashville.
Really, I mean that. Be skeptical all you want.
I know, it’s a heavy statement. But in the history of following this silly hockey team, I cannot recall many players who are as fun to watch as this guy is.
Seriously.
At the end of the day, we’re supposed to be entertained by this sport. If you’ve been following this team for long enough, you know when a player is “something different”.
Filip Forsberg is definitely “something different”.
So let us enjoy this. He’s part of a young group of players like Seth Jones, Roman Josi, Calle Jarnkrok, Kevin Fiala, and others who we’ll have the privilege of watching up close while they grow into their NHL games. It’s hockey. It’s supposed to be fun.
