I confess: I have absolutely no idea what is going on with the Islanders. I know the article goes through it all, but I can’t remember which of their arenas is the one that’s falling apart and whether it’s the same as the arena where you can’t get to the visitors’ locker room during the game so sometimes trainers have to frantically clutch towels to bleeding players and wait for a whistle. I think that one is the one where you can’t see the ice from the seats?
Anyway, they’re getting a new arena soon! Hopefully it won’t have any of those problems.
